Mom asked me to prepare the vegetables for our lunch today. I knew what she’s going to cook but I took charge and cooked it. It’s Chop Suey without the extravagant vegetables on it. So, I decided to label it the Pinoy Chop Suey (affordable version) as the vegetables used here are cheap and easy to find in the market. Mr. Bean Cafe’s Zamboanga and New York Pizza

We usually dine at Mr. Bean Cafe with friends for a snack or dinner. The place is located inside the Catribo Complex, Buenavista St., Zamboanga City. Sometimes if I feel exhausted working at home, I do it here. It’s a nice, cozy place and has free WiFi access that allows me to do most of my online work.
Shrimp Pasta Primavera

I love seafood and pasta, generally. So, I decided to look for a dish which I can combine both. It’s Shrimp Pasta Primavera. Pasta Primavera is a healthy dish because it’s a veggie type of pasta, with shrimp to twist it up a bit. You can also substitute the shrimp with meat, as you like.
